Dr. Pamala Love – Founder & CEO
Dr. Love is the visionary behind Elihu Enterprises LLC. With over 26 years of experience as a Behavioral Analyst, Federal Consultation Liaison, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, she has dedicated her career to supporting the mental health and well-being of individuals and organizations. She holds a bachelor’s degree from North Carolina Agricultural State University, a master’s degree from New York University, and completed doctoral studies at Capella University. Her extensive background includes working with city, state, and federal agencies, as well as private practice, where she specialized in areas such as military and first responder-related mental health conditions, trauma, crisis intervention, workplace mediation, and leadership development. She taught at The University of North Carolina at Pembroke and served as a clinical preceptor and field instructor for Fayetteville State University, Methodist University, University of Southern California, and The University of New England.
While she is trained in many behavioral health models, she possesses specialty certifications and training in the areas of Criminal Forensic Interviewing which she received from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI), Suicide and Homicide
Treatment/ Prevention, Mediation, Crisis Prevention, Sentinel Event Debriefing, Sex Offender Treatment/Prevention, mood disorders, and Sexual and Intimate Partner Trauma for children and adults. Because of her level of training, she has been nationally recognized as an expert witness in the family and criminal court systems of New York, Virginia, and North Carolina. Dr. Love’s deep understanding of workplace stressors, coupled with her expertise in employee assistance programs (EAP) and mediation, positions her as a thought leader in creating healthier, more resilient workplaces. Her leadership ensures that Elihu Enterprises stays at the forefront of behavioral health and organizational development services.
