Objective: Foster mental health awareness and provide staff with tools to manage their well-being. Topics: Recognizing early signs of stress and burnout, building resilience, practicing mindfulness, and understanding resources available for mental health. Outcome: Employees who are aware of their mental health and prioritize self-care are less likely to experience burnout and more likely to be productive.
